Being a Floor Coordinator requires not only a knowledge of the workings of the facility and all of the Beamlines, but also a solid background and experience in the science that is being done here.                                          

This experience allows the FC to be able to understand what the Users are trying to accomplish with their experiments and how the FCs can be more helpful.
